Designed and developed a custom Video CMS using Next.js to streamline influencer content submissions for tourism campaigns.

Influencers upload raw video files directly through the portal. The system handles structured metadata capture (campaign, location, influencer name, usage rights, etc.) and automatically pushes the content to Google Drive using API integration for organized storage.

Admin-side includes:

• Approval / rejection workflow

• Status tracking

• Revision feedback loop

• Content categorization

• Download-ready file structure

Integrated WhatsApp notifications to alert internal teams upon submission and approval changes.

The system eliminated chaotic file transfers via Telegram, random Drive links, and “Bro, I already sent it” situations.

Impact:
Centralized content repository, faster approvals, cleaner campaign tracking, scalable influencer coordination.
